I am 40 years old lady ,muje last one week se neend nhe aa rhe he ,agar aate bhe he too legs me soote time hlka hlka pain shuru ho jaata he ,ghbraht shuru ho jaate he ,neend ke goole bhe kha le phir bhe neend nhe aate kya keru ,plz help me.

Do not take too much stress Before sleeping do not take tea coffee or cold drinks Do relaxation therapy- close your eyes & contract & relax each joint of the body from head to toe Do meditation Listen to soft soothing music Take 1 cup of milk add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder to it & boil for 15min then keep it to cool & drink it before sleeping thrice a week
