If nothing is diagnosed, don't worry. Simply do brisk walking morning & evening, your palpitations will be stopped.

Palpitation can be due to rapid heart rate or irregular heart beat. First high BP (hypertension) to be ruled out. If ECG and echo are normal then thyrotoxicosis (increased thyroid hormone secretion) is a possibility. Anxiety is another possibility. Other associated symptoms and a thorough physical examination will help in diagnosis.

Dear lybrate-user Please ensure that your digestion improves. Very often, palpitations is a side effect of hyper-acidity and gas. All your cardiac investigations are normal as per your cardiologist. Try this: take an ayurvedic purgative to completely clean your intestines. For 10 to 15 days after that, try to stay on boiled vegetables, fruit, butter milk. Do not take any roti, rice. If you must, take jowari roti only. Do tell how your health improves. Regards.
