Hello Sir, My wife suffering from fever from last three days and take paracetamol and cipro- 500, dexamethasone two time but fever comes again and again please suggest me some medicines for relief.

One should not take dexamethasome to treat fever. You should have patience. Keep checking the fever (with a thermometer) and see for other symptoms. CBC and urine routine can also be done. Culture can also be done to ascertain the strain. If it is viral then simple symptomatic treatment is enough and no antibiotics are required.
