My tsh level is 9.6. What should I do to reduce it?

9.6 (units not mentioned) is a high level. Normal range is 0.4 to 4.12 mili units/l, your level is very high meaning there is the problem of hypothyroidism, which can be corrected by taking thyronorm (thyroxine) tablets daily for life time. This is the only treatment.
