My age is 26 stayed in kolkata. I used to drink almost every night for the last 6-8 months. Every morning I think for that but couldn't get raid from that. Now days I can not sleep without that. I know its bad but I couldn't overcome from that. My personal tinkling as well as my life getting worse with everyday. So please suggest me something to overcome this period.
