Hello, Start exercising, exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, gym anything that is feasible. Eat light meals at 2 hrt intervals, do not have large meals, eat lots of vegetable and fruits. Do not have fried and bakery foods, instant foods like noodles etc often, Drink lots of water
