As the winter is coming my nose has started getting dry. It is becoming very painful. I can not sleep because at night it becomes so dry that even breathing is painful. So I have to deliberately keep my mouth open so that I can breath. I want to mention here that for last 5 years I have this problem that my nose always feels like it is stuffed somewhere above my nostrils and in dry seasons this problem increases. I have consulted many doctors but my problem is the same. Can lifestyle changes and food preferences help? I also want to know if there are certain foods that should be avoided? Thanks.
