Water is good for health. Lemon is also good.. due to Vit.C and other anti.oxidants. However drinking Lemon water will not lead to any weight/fat loss. It is just a myth. Body fat is a form of stored energy. This energy is released only when we indulge in some activity/exercise. Fat can't just vanish/burn by having some lime.water/ medicines. A light natural diet + daily exercise is the best & only route to health and fitness.
