Hot til tail massage to the fatty once or twice in a day before bathing will be very beneficial for extra fat suryanamaskar upto 12 are also beneficial take food two times only in a day in morning between 10-12 and in night within 3 hrs of sunset in between two meals in you have hunger take milk or fruits or lite nashta like upama etc avoid late night eating and day time sleeping skip rice in night diet avoid cold food cold drinks freeze stored food etc take care.
