-Your father should not strain, do regular exercise like walking for 10-20 min, do yoga & deep breathing for keeping mind & body fit
-get his bp checked up also blood sugar, cholesterol, ecg, x-ray chest to rule out any other problem if not done earlier
-should have a well balanced diet, sleep well & keep himself busy in some activity during the day
-consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve & appear repeatedly.
