I am 25 year. My weight is 80 kg now. What should be my protein intake on gym days and without gym days. Please tell me how to calculate that.

Protein requirement of an individual is calculated as per the ideal body weight. But for calculating IBW we need your current height measurement that has not been mentioned here. For height 5'8" 60 g protein is needed per day. Whatever be the protein requirement, it can be easily met via diet comprising of milk, curd, channa, lassi, buttermilk, soyabean/nutrella/tofu, egg, fish, chicken, nuts, oilseeds, sprouts. Protein requirement may increase in case of very extensive gym workouts done for long periods of time.
