It may be due to increase in pitta (Body heat) in your body and lower part of body. U should consume more water but should also take some Ayurvedic medicines like Chandrakala and Ushirasav for quick relief. Avoid any thing which increase body heat like Spicy food, Fast food, Fermented food, bakery product etc. Consult for detail treatment.
