I am posting this question for my sister, 24 years old. During winters or can say as soon as winters start, she gets some pimples (filled with water type liquid) on her lips. And those pimples pain alot. She tried almost everything from home remedy or can say those "dadi maa ke nuskhe" and all sort of costly to cheapest of lip balms but could not see any satisfactory results. Please suggest some remedy to treat it.
