Hey doctor. M having acne since more than a month, firstly they weren't that much but now from past 10 days they are more big n red but now they are many on both cheeks, I tired many remedies, even I tired best to nest face wash, I changed my diet plan. But they aren't diminishing. They are on all my face and even around my beard area n lower down at my chin bone too. Kindly help me with any medication air any tube or lotion. M so pissed off. They are not going at all. I don't noe what's reason behind these acne.
