Hi doctor's. Im 29 yrs. Daily I am having dry fruits like cashew nut (10 to 15), dry grapes (15 to 20), Date (5 to 7) and almond (10 to 12). But I heard too much almond is not good for health. So please tel me, is there any side effects?

It can cause constipation and excess of vit E and Mg in body too much of every thing is harmful. Do not take more .than 5 almond per day that too after over night soaking in water. Take without removing outer skin. Reduce quantity of dry grapes and cashew nuts.
