I am not able to control my self without eating them. why shouldn't I eat chocolates n sugar. What should I eat n shoudnt eat. What r the problems with pcod. If you gain weight, your PCOD will worsen and will further cause weight gain. It will become a vicious circle then. So better listen to your doctor. Eat chocolates in moderation if you can't resist. And workout daily.
