Dear jahid if u want to reduce Wright skipping meals is not right u should have 4-5 very small meals per day that should contain more protein, moderate carbs and fibers and very less oil. u can take sprouts, fruits and vegetable salads frequently, u can take boiled nonveg , avoid outside food, cooldrinks,pizzas, bakery products
