Hello Mr. lybrate-user, You are suffering from viral fever and want to eat samosa, paratha etc. So dear you can take any thing to eat what ever you like in viral fever, there is no harm to eat little bit small quantity and less spicy and to keep your stomach full by eating less amount many times a day will keep you fit to early recovery from viral fever and will improve your resistance to fight with viral disease. If you feel some acidity problem by medication than try to avoid spicy and fried food, otherwise there is no harm to take any food during viral fever. Good Luck and take care.

If you are hungry you can take any home made food. Paratha//gobhi/lassi is ok. In fact your appetite is good that means you have no serious infection.

Hello Lybrate user, there is no problem in eating whetever you want to in viral fever. There are no restrictions as such but make sure that it is not too spicy and you are taking it in limited quantity. Increase the number of meals and reduce the amount you have it in a single meal. It is important that you are not empty stomach as medicines won't work in that case. In case you feel acidity, you may have medicine for it. Take care.
