Hi, I appreciate you seeking help for your mother. As I understand, was given neo-adjuvant chemotherapy prior to her rt. Radical mastectomy. Chemotherapy post surgery is likely to derisk metastasis, if any, and could improve clinical outcomes. Nevertheless, I would advise you to take a second opinion with yet another medical oncologist specializing in breast cancers. Simultaneously, you can consider options of an integrative treatment with alternative medicines that is likely to bring in synergy and improve outcomes. Hope this helps. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely,

Hello dear I agree with your treating doctor. You must get the remaing cycles of chemo. Thereafter you may be considered for radiotherapy and later on hormone tharapy depending on the stage of the disease and receptor status.

Hi once your mother's tumor is removed then the sample will go for biopsy report so once the biopsy report comes them the type of chemo will be planned .but as of now as you r saying that she was given chemo before .then most probably .she will get a full course of chemotherapy.
