Hi Is it OK to drink 6 litres water per day. Or it effects our blood.

Yes, you can drink. It can not effect your blood. Water is very helpful for your body. Only in case of kidney disease or swelling in liver water intake should be 2 litres or according to condition of disease.

Though water requirement varies with age/ climate/ activity level/ race, for Indian adults usually 3-4 litres water is sufficient as we get fluids from foods & drinks as well. Excess water intake causes kidneys to work more to remove the extra water which over a long period of time may cause kidney damage.
