Dear doctor/s, I will be thankful for getting advise on my query. Now I am 64, in 2009 I had undergone a major surgery of aaa (abdominal aortic anuerism). After the surgery I lost the normal sexual activity. It erectile but no ejaculation. I use to get the pleasure but not even a single drop comes out. Where the semen goes or stopped producing. I could not get satisfactory answer from the urologists I approached. What should I do?

You are 64 yrs. So ejaculation will not occur because of your surgery. Feeling of ejaculation may be there but sperm goes into bladder and mixes with urine. This is called retrograde ejaculation. This cannot be cured now.
