I am 19 year old and recently I am facing hair fall problem .i am using soap nuts (kunkudukayalu) for head bath. Initially when I started using them it worked really well in reducing hair fall but gradually the effect decreased again my hair fall problem started. So doctor can you suggest me a shampoo for reducing hair fall and thick hair.(i am thinking to use either head and shoulders anti hairfall shampoo (or) patanjali shampoo are they good)

Hello Rmaya patanjali shampoo are good but the main thing is that you should improve your diet take fresh n seasonal fruits and vegetables, sprouts, protein rich diet n add amala in your diet. Massage your scalp with coconut oil mix with almond oil, amla oil etc.
