Hello,, Avoid oily and heavy dinners. Mid night snacking can be fruits, vegetables sticks, buttermilk, soups, lemonade. Exercise for at least 1 hour regularly. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Hydrate yourself with 3 lots of water as body functions slow down in the night and you need to increase metabolism. Avoid tea and coffee to stay up in the night.
