You have mentioned- doing treadmill - but you have not mentioned the speed. Ideally you should start with 5 kmph for five mins. Then jog at 6/7 kmph for 5 mins. Then move up to 8/10 kmph. For next 5 mins. Like this you can create a fast and slow routine for 5 -5 mins. Diet plays an important role in Weight reduction. Please stick to a 1600 calories diet plan.
