I heard that water or any liquid can't be not consume before and after 30 min at the time of gym work out. Just I want know what are the negative effects will take place if water consumed during work out.

It is advisable to work out on empty stomach, as some stretches may cause regurgitation of food or water upwards causing vomiting or it may feel uncomfortable while doing heavy workout. If you feel thirsty while exercising just wait for 5 to 7 min. and then drink water. You may again initiate your exercise after 5 to 7 mins.
