It is called tinnitus get your ear checked .see an ent specialist. Any impacted wax has to be removed. It can be due to nerve pathology. Take tab neurobion twice daily. You can also be benefitted by use of tranquilizers. You can also take complamina retard twice daily (xanthine nicotinate)
