Hello doctor am working two in 24 hours .one is 9.30 am to 6.pm and second is 7.00 pm to 11. 30 pm & 6.00 am to 9.00 am.so actually want to I know. My sleep time is less then 8 hours. So it's any effect on my body. So please tell me.

Hello, Don't let your body set a biological clock. 7 hours of sound sleep is very important for your vital organs to slow down. Having less sleep might not affect the present condition, but might just give you trouble in future.
