M preparing for IIT due to which I have to go to coaching along way 41 kms away by bike I wanna ask that I feels too tired and sleepy when I get back home. M thinking to start workout in the morning does it gonna make me more sleepy and tired. becoz due to mental tiredness its very hard to concentrate on studies. Is studying and exercising together is a good idea? Or I just focus on studies?..

Do exercise along with studies or go for a morning walk atleast will improve your concentration towards studies also. Take high protein diet to avoid any weakness or tiredness.
