No. It's not toxic. Nothing will happen. Don't worry. But cook them before eating. Because many times they are infested with small microbes.

Dear lybrateuser, -After soaking beans it is better to cook them as raw beans are difficult to digest & can cause stomach upset, flatulence & acidity.
