I am 24 years female, I have a lump below vagina to anus. I do not know whether it is from anus or not. Projection is soft .blood in stool, back pain and buttock pain is there, acidity is also there. Symptoms are there for last five years. I am very much afraid if it. Is cancer.

All lumps or tumours are not cancer. And aslo blood in stool may be starting of piles. Back pain may be associated with your works. But for correct diagnosis you have to consult a near by doctor soon. Simply suspecting of cancer and fearing is not good for health of body and mind.
