Dear Sir, kindly note that, past five days I am suffering from stomach upset. Due to this, I can't eat properly due to vomiting sensation. My entire stomach is painful and feeling uncomfortable due to this irritating and can't sleep properly. After going toilet again I am feeling to go to washroom. My endoscopy and abdominal report is normal. I am taking happi D before food in the morning and happi in the evening along with ulgel syrup for three times. But I am not cured so far. I am 48 years male. Today uti also started. Kindly suggest and advice immediately. Regards Parameshwaran.
