I am 25 years old yesterday I checked my blood pressure it was 150/95. So is it an alarming situation. I eat lot of food from outside.

Usually Bp in normal levels would br around 120/90. But in this age, if its showing 150 as systolic pressure means a bit high, evn Diastolic also a bit high (more than 80). As you already r saying, you vl eat more outside food, also might be the reason. So,better to take home made with less oilt, less spicy&less salted items. If its not posble to take hone madr, Then better to avoid junk food, black drinks, Stored/Baked food. Try to take 3-4liyres of water per day as mandatarily&that too if you finosh 1/4litre of water in morning with empty stomach is really good (better luke warm water). Do exercises regularly.
