I have bipolar disease. Other than psychiatric medication what can I do to help cope?

Hello; thanks for the query. I would like to also suggest few modifications in your medication regimen. Ask your doctor if you can gradually reduce & stop t. Feliz-s. As a patient of bipolar disorder; you need to keep a regular sleeping schedule of at least 7 hours every night & not to do night shifts. Secondly, avoid alcohol, tobacco or any similar addictions. Lastly do regular cbc & lft (blood tests) & in case of any skin rash, report to your doctor immediately. Good luck & best wishes.
