Dear lybrateuser, -If your symptoms appear frequently it may lead to asthma -do steam inhalation three times a day -avoid cold fluids, have warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk, soup -avoid spicy, fried & junk food., have more of fruits & vegetables to boost immunity, have meals on time, chew food well, restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups a day -take medication on time, have 7-8 glasses of water to keep well hydrated -if not much improvement then do x-ray chest, consult your doctor.
