I have been eating coriander seeds for last 6 months (nearly ate "half kg" per month. Now I am addicted this. Is it harmful to me. please help me.

Coriander seeds help in digestion and reduce acidity problems. There is no harm if you chew 1 teaspoon in whole day. But anything excess is not good. So don't overeat.

Dear lybrateuser, -In recommended medicinal amounts coriander seeds are not harmful, they are useful in summer upset, nausea, diarrhea, hemorrhoids, toothaches & joint pains -side effects can be diarrhea, stomach pain, increased sensitivity to sun if taken in large quantity.
