Brisk walking in morning is more preferable. Brisk walking is also one type of exercise so one should do it on empty stomach and in early morning you will get fresh air and it is also good for lung exercise.in night simple 15 20 min walk is more preferable.

Brisk walking in morning is preferable. It is easy to fix a time and usually morning times are undisturbed. It is best to find a nearby park else you can also use a treadmill. Also do 5 mins light warmup/stretches before increasing your speed. Right now you are carrying about 25 kgs of weight which can be brought down steadily. In addition to walking, you can combine some Yoga exercises too. Please take care of your diet as advised by the doctor. Your problem may have been caused by over indulgence in food. Hello, I would rather recommend you to start with normal walks and gradually increase it to brisk walks just to rule out any discomfort. Walking/strolling after every meals(,if time peemots) is just a great idea to ensure that optimal utilisation of food in your system. Take care
