I feel cracking sound/popping in my joints. specially in my knees and neck and ankles. What may be cause and what should be treatment. My wife also have same problem. We take calcium tablets but no result. Problem is remaining.

Dear Lybrate user drink 2spoon zinzer juice in 10 spoon luke warm water.3 times in aday. and use( NO pain oil) for knees and ankles. chuna(paan wala)is the best source of calcium. u can use chuna everyday for 3 months after 3 months take 1 month gap than continue. consuming of chuna is not more than 1 gram per day. and make sure that you donot have a stone problem in past or present).PLEASE do not consume Chunna more then a grain of wheat.
