I am gaining weight at my abdomen. Neither I am indulged in irregular activities nor having irregular routine like day sleeping. Joined gym as well. The only change I have experienced is that I am not expelling properly during menstrual process from last few months. Can it be the reason behind weight gain as I have observed that whenever I secrete properly ad I always used to be during menstrual process, my love handles starts disappearing visibly. And if the next month I don't go through the process properly then again the fat at my abdomen and around my waist starts bulging.

Hi, you can check thyroid test. You should do abdominal exercise, don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Do not drink water immediately after meal, you can take it after an hour. Do not sleep in the afternoon. You should do for cycling, swimming and jogging.
