A complete well balanced diet with optimal nutrition will help you. Including good amounts of fiber from fresh fruits and vegetables will surely help. Include whole grains and cereals in your diet. Exercise for at least 60 mins a day for at least 5 times a week is important. Having moderate to high protein foods also helps in Hypothyroidism. Have small and frequent meals.
