Hello. My weight is near about 100 kg. In 2014 both my knees are operated with ACL ligament injury. Now I am capable of walking fast and doing some good cardio exercises like jogging, stationary bike etc. I want to know that how I reduce my weight by not getting harm to my knees. Please guide me.
