Hllo doctor. .main laptop ko apne kaam k liye bhut use krta hoon .but meri eyes pain krne lagti hai to mujhe kya krna chahiye or kya main zero no. K glasses lga sakta ho k nhi .plz suggest me..

You should blink more frequently, get a refraction (eye sight check) done & if need be, use glasses, preferably with UV (anti glare) coating. Use some lubricating drops.

Follow 20-20-20 rule. Ie every 20 minutes -for 20 seconds -look beyond a distance of 20 feet. Also do some eye exercises. Rotation -clockwise, anticlockwise, to and fro up down and left to right and lastly pencil pushup. Focus on an alphabet printed on pen or pencil n slowly bring pen closer to your nose keeping that alphabet clear. Yes you can use plain glasses or glasses with anti reflective coating.
