Hello Yes surely. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 1 hour take 500 ml milk. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Exercise regularly. Include tofu, paneer, curd, nuts and whole pulses. Thank you
