I am too bony and I need to increase my chest and biceps from nothing. Is it better to go for gym if it is what are the best supplements that I can have. Need to increase body weight bcoz my confidence level is low and its going to affect my career. Pls provide me some supplements I think for this I can handle some side effects. I am heavily criticised by everyone because of my skeletal body. I want to get into my career.

A well balanced diet and strength training will help you gain weight without any supplements. Increase proteins in your diet such as milk eggs curds paneer chicken and fish.
