have good breakfast preferably one that has a mixture of carbs and protein like eggs and whole wheat bread or rotis, Milk and cereal, Paratha and curds. whole eggs will help you to increase vit b12. if you are a vegetarian then include more milk curds buttermilk and paneer in your diet
