-Both are heart healthy oils, olive oil contains more monounsaturated fats & antioxidents as compared to mustard oil, do not use olive oil for deep frying as its burning point is low
-whichever oil you use, consume not more than 1-2 teaspoon a day as they have saturated fats which are harmful for the body if taken in large quantities & are also calorie dense which addlot of calories to the diet
-the healthier heart friendly methods are, baking, grilling, boiling, steaming.
