My creatinine level is 1.4,Which are the foods that I should completely avoid, please mention by name if you can. My age is 56. I am an indian. I am on medication for BP and cholesterol (olmatec20 and atorav10 mg) and also omnic OCA's 0.4 for prostate. Can I take ragi ie millet. Thank you.

Dear I don't suggest medicines for cholesterol. This is made in liver as per body needs. Don't disturb natural ways of body. Food doesn't alter blood cholesterol. Now creatinine level. Thus is slightly raised. Drink plenty of water so your urine is water coloured. Do this for 3 days. Repeat creatinine. If normal Be happy. Other wise call me. I will suggest you simple Ayurvedic remedy to correct this.
