The USG report shows there is polycystic ovary. Fertomid is given to induce ovulation that is to grow healthy egg and release. After taking Fertomid follicular monitoring if advised by your doctor you can monitor the growth of the egg and when it reaches a certain size injection will be given to release it and when you have relationship at that time chances for pregnancy is more.
