Spit up is quite common among the babies. When he vomits just make him turn on either of his side so that he does not aspirate into his lungs and the milk comes out. If your child is gaining weight, there is no fever or other issues, there is nothing to worry about. Make sure you are burping your child about 20 to 30 minutes post feed. Warm regards.
