Hello, I am a 50 years old lady having suffered a stroke 2 years back (haemorrhagic. I have piled on lots of weight. Please help.

Don't worry start with brisk walk of 45 minutes daily in the morning. After walking do some light pranayam and stretching. Avoid food items that are deep fried, eat simple and plain home made food. Take apple cider vinegar daily that will keep both weight and heart problems at bay.
