Dear Sir Kindly do an allergy skin test and a oral wheat challenge test under guidance of an allergy doctor ideally a double blinded placebo controlled trail in a hospital setting is the most confirmatory test .Once confirmed then can avoid wheat containing foods. Avoidance is the only treatment .oral immunotherapy for food is still under research. Thankyou.
